The two day Bridge School Benefit concert featured an abundance of amazing artists including exceptional acoustic performances from Ben Harper. Highlights included a stellar first night closer "The Woman in You", a second time ever played "When She Believes", and a surprise guest appearance by his mother on the Dylan classic "Tomorrow Is a Long Time." 10.17.01 BHIC return to studio for upcoming movie soundtrack

The soundtrack for the upcoming film "I Am Sam" starring Sean Penn and Michelle Pfeiffer will feature a cover of "Strawberry Fields Forever" performed by Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals. The soundtrack reflects the story of a disabled man (Penn) who happens to be a Beatles genius. With the mental capacity of a 7-year-old, this amazing father faces great adversity trying to regain custody of his young daughter. The film, due out later this year, might not be released until early 2002. No release date has been set for the soundtrack.
