Ben Harper 1995 Tour Setlists

Guru was late for his soundcheck so Ben had to go on without preparation. He and the band took the stage as the opening act amongst a loud chatter from an unsuspecting crowd. While the show progressed, the crowd began to warm up and wake up to the music. During the "I'll Rise" a capella segment when Ben sang without a mic, there was no noise from the 2000+ seat venue. After that final song, Ben was rewarded with a storm of applause and a standing ovation. He became the hero of the evening.
