Ben Harper 1996 Tour Setlists

Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals' second visit to the nationally syndicated radio program "E-Town" featured a hard rocking set. Ben discussed the "teardrop" Weissenborn and gave a short demonstration of its tonal effects during a teaser of "God Fearing Man." He also explained his musical intentions. "I just want to find a better way. I just want to find a better way for humanity, and my way is music." Later on the multi-act radio show, Ben and Juan joined the Cowboy Junkies on a rendition of Neil Young's "Helpless."

"Burn One Down" and "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" were cut from the final broadcast.
