what a night !!! my mom and some my best friends were there (mark-pablo-young lion-glenn) and my new BEST FRIEND BRIAN !!!

breakin down was off the hook - remember -> superstition for the first time in a couple years !!! show me a little shame !!! my mom's favorite

a short acoustic set due to lack of crowd respect for silence

but GREAT SHOW in my hometown (well close to it at least VA BEACH awaits Ben's return still !!!)

I'VE SEEN BEN 5 TIMES NOW. PHILLY, DC(2)
NORFOLK, CLEVELAND(2). THERE IS NO SUCH
THING AS A BAD BEN HARPER SHOW, BUT THIS SHOW RANKS AT THE BOTTOM. I TRULY LOVE THESE GUYS, AND IT SEEMED LIKE THIS CROWD DIDN'T APPRECIATE THEM AS MUCH AS I'VE SEEN. I THINK THE SHOW MAY HAVE BEEN SO SHORT BECAUSE OF THAT. I HOPE I NEVER SEE THE GIRL WHO KEPT SCREAMING "NO,NO, DON'T PLAY THESE SONGS, THESE SONGS SUCK" DURING THE ACOUSTIC SET AGAIN!!! "SEXUAL HEALING" IS A TREAT ANYTIME AND IT WAS HERE, BUT THE CROWD WAS DISHEARTENING!

This show was awesome. I met some really cool people, Brian and Ben you guys rock, and little Aria with the incredible voice, you're gonna go far. i was fortunate enough to meet the band after the show and they are the most down to earth guys. So willing to take the time and talk for a bit and sign an autograph. I wish the audience was a bit more receptive, but what can you do. It was a first for my girlfriend, and now she's hooked. All in all a great experience yet again.

Ben Harper and IC's were absolutely amazing, i cannot express that enough. The chemistry between everyone one the stage just spread right on through the crowd. I honestly could not have asked for anything better, and just to see the love that they have on their faces to be able to share what they love the most topped it all off.

My second Ben Harper concert and it was incredible. I was a little disappointed with the short accoustic set (2 songs)...but what made the concert amazing was getting to meet Ben and the ic's afterwards. They are truely some of the greatest people I have met. Absoluetely amazing to say the least. Ben gave my seven year old brother his slide guitar pick, and David gave him a pair of his drumsticks. The band signed my book insert from Live From Mars, and I got a hug and a picture with each of them. It was an incredible evening...and I owe a big Thanks to Brian for the great time. Before the show started, Glenn, the production manager allowed me to listen to Ben warm up...I was the only person there. My mom had kicked me out of the car to get a spot in the imaginary line. When the line did start to pick up, out walked David and Jaun and I was able to speak with Juan, and he was the first to sign my insert.
They are all so wonderful. I can't wait for the next Ben Harper show. :)
