Ben played a solo acoustic set for the Mick Fleetwood and Friends Benefit for Peter Bardens and MusiCares. It included a new arrangement of "With My Own Two Hands", an unreleased song normally played live in a medley with "Burn One Down."

On my birthday I missed Santa Barbra becuase it was sold out. I sat with my friends in parking lot but never got in.
But I was lucky enough to see your site and saw the canyon club. I bought tickets that day and had general admission tickets. But while in line I was talking to this guy and told him my story. He didn't even know who ben was. He then invited me to his table. I was dead center 10 feet away from Ben. We were the number one cheering section. I was singing every song. The good thing about the show was ben made a thousand new fans. The bad thing is that tickets are going to get harder and harder. As for the gig it was amazing. Roses from my Friends was great. And he had everyone grooving with Sexual Healing. Didn't do burn one down but he still had a great set for the time he had. What a great birthday present.

Thanks Ben,
Al hernandez

PS Hope I wasn't to loud

Listening to Ben play is like a peaceful dream that you never want to end. His voice is soothing to the soul and the words are changing lives everyday. I dont know if Ben really knows the affect he has on people but lives will never be the same.

Amazing, compassionate, brilliant, smart, sexy and honest are words that can describe Ben but even those words fall short. I wish Ben lots of success and love.

This was the second time I've seen Mr. Harper live and it was nothing short of amazing. Chills were sent down my spine numerous times throughout the performance. Out of the seven tunes he performed, the one that stood out the most (for me) was "The Woman In You." On the last chorus he held out a note for what seemed like an eternity. It was breathtaking. Ben seemed to be having a good time up there and was very appreciative of the response and attention the audience had given him so willingly. He laughed, joked and told a funny story about the first time he met "Mr. Fleetwood." To put it simply, it was a fantastic show given by one of the greatest performers making music today. I'm very fortunate to have attended and am forever grateful I was given the oppurtunity to do so.

He was absolutely amazing!!!!! It was so personal, this venue doesn't hold more than 1000 people. He and his music just make my heart go crazy. Don't miss him at Bridge School.
