Well what can i say. I lined up at 3 (doors open 6:30)i was about 8th in line, met some cool people. Hey to Drew from Washington state.
Anywho i was front and center, slightly to the left on the barrier. the maiting in the rain, not going to the bathroom and severe leg pains pailed into insignificance compared to the bliss that was to follow.
Jack came on, classic Jack in a pair of thongs, played a few on his own and then his band came out. i managed to get a setlist off a roadie i was talking to just after he finished so that was pretty cool.
Ben is amazing. The whole band is amazing. There is nothing in the world that can match the feeling. During Burn One Down Leon looked over so i naturally called out and waved, and over he came and played like a 10 minute percussion solo. Ben just stood back and watched, he really seems to feel the music on another level, just certain movements and facial expressions show that he can feel it.
His voice is stronger than ever. Quite often artists sound great on record but then have trouble living up to that standard live. Ben is the opposite, what he did was better than any Ben recording i have ever heard, even Mars and P+P. It was Truley AMAZING.

I would Like to thank Ben, TIC and Jack for comming to OZ and allowing me to experience their wonder. As an aspiringg musician their music and in particular this performance has given me the encouragement and motivation of a thousand lifetimes. PEACE.

This was the most amazing night of my life. I was lucky enough to get the front row with my girlfriends and then also get one of Jack Johnson's set lists off the security guard. Jack was amazing and his cover of Stir It Up was brilliant. When Ben and the Criminals came on they started with my favorite Harper song, Excuse Me Mr! Ben and Jacks "High Tide Low Tide" was definitely the high point of the show for me. After the show the roadies gave my girlfriends and I one of Bens Set Lists and also one of his picks!! This was unbelievable and I'm still looking at them in amazement!!

Ben Haper and The Innocent Criminals was a show that will remember for the rest of my life. If I ever get the chance to see them again, I will take that opportunity with both hands and be lifted up to experience the true wonder of of this world that resides in the heads of players that trancended not only the time and place, but also created a spirit that will last for everyone who was there. Not exactly a religeous experience, but just as forfilling. If you have tickets for upcoming shows, be prepeared to be reduced to a puddle of emotion and the be made stronger than you have ever been before. Thank you everyone who played that night. Thank you Jack, and God bless you Ben.

ive been to MANY concerts in my life but this was one of the best EVER! im gettin goosebumps just thinking bout it again. Ben Harper is the most heartfelt and brilliant performer i have ever had the pleasure/honour of witnessing.
"Walk Away" was mind blowing! "Burn One Down", "Brown Eyed Blues", "the Drugs Dont Work", and "Amen Omen" were all unbelievable - as was the entire show. 20 out of 10!!!

Amazing, the duet with Jack was magic and when he played "The Drugs Don't Work", the whole crowd joined in with their lighters replacing the stage lights. I was one of those experiences that will stay with you forever, ill never forget it.
