It'll be four years this June since I went to this concert, and it still blows my mind. I took my sister as part of her birthday present because she loves Jack Johnson's music, and I benefited because I love Ben Harper's. Needless to say, she is now as big a Ben fan as I am. The concert was A-mazing, and by far the best concert I have ever been to. I have been to a couple other Ben Harper concerts since this one, but there was something about this one that just made it perfect. The sets were great, the guest appearances were awesome and the crowd was intense. I was front row for the whole thing and loved every minute of it. I know I wouldn't be the only one to buy a DVD of this concert if it were made. Thanks to Ben and the Innocent Criminals for putting on such fantastic shows and for making some of the greatest music out there.

This concert was beyond the best concert i have ever witnessed. It was the best show i have ever seen. Jack played a decent show, but when ben came out thats when the energy level and the crowd got into the music. I had an amazing time with my friends. If anyone has a bootleg email me. Thank you, my friends birthday is coming up.

I have to say my boyfriends energy he still gets from the show in cleveland with Ben and Jack just blows my mind, he said it was the best concert he had ever gone to. Everyone who went with agrees. I wish I knew my boyfriend at the time so I could say the same. The next show in cleveland though, I am so there.

This show definatly topped all shows i've seen before. This was the second time i've seen Ben in two week. I caught him at Bonaroo o3 and he totally topped himself. Him and robert Randolph was and will probably always be the best display of guitar playing i've ever seen live. Possibly ever heard too. Simply amazing!!! Every song was better than any studio version or bootleg i have heard. Someone wrote saying for everyone to e-mail Ben and get this show made into a cd. I have and recomend every one else do so to to see what the hype is about. You will not be dissappointed.
Completly satisfied fan,
Sooky

Best show all summer. Plus, that was the biggest crowd I've ever seen at TCA. Jack's set was decent, but when Ben and the Criminals came on, they blew everyone away. Temporary Remedy rocked. Robert Randolph and Ben's duet was AMAZING.

I've been to 10 Ben Harper shows in 5 different states and this definitely blew all of them away. Ben has become such a "showman"- I've never seen him so energetic and have so much fun on stage. The crowd was phenomenal- I am quite impressed with his following; I guess it is no longer the best kept secret. The venue did suck but we managed to elbow our way into the second row and rub bodies with kids a good decade and a half younger than us. The only better experience I had was seeing him on a sidestage at Horde fest at Pittsburgh Post-gazette pavillion in summer '98. And that was only because of the intimacy and hanging out with him afterwards. Ben always has the passion- but the energy of him and the crowd plus Jack and Robert Randolph last night was unbeatable. Definitely the best $30.00 we ever spent.

if i had to describe this lifechanging performance in a few words, they would be the following: intense, moving, breathtaking, exhilarating. you could not help but have constant chills amid the profuse sweating caused by the jam packed general admission settings of tower city ampitheatre. the marley cover harmonized by ben and jack was truly incredible. ben also broke it down for the finale of faded. go out of your way to see this concert, it is well worth it. ben you kick ass

The show last night was nothing short of incredible. I thought I knew what i was for, but I had no idea. They played most likely the best versions of steal my kisses, burn one down, and bring the funk ive ever heard. The brown eyed blues, sexual healing, and faded were also more than incredible versions. And what can I say about RR coming out for Temporary Remedy? Its something I've always wanted to see, and thought I never would. I dont think theyve ever played onstage before, and I dont know if they ever will again. Without a doubt, BHIC was on fire last night, especially Ben. This was my 4th day in a row of live music. I had been in WV at a festival, and saw numerous bands, some of the best sets coming from keller williams, rrfb, soulive, and galactic especially, but this performance totally blew them out of the water. It may quite possibly be the best show ive ever attended, definitely top 3. Id have to say the best part though was finally meeting Ben, and thanking him for everything he's done for me and all his other fans. Thank You

This was definetely one of the best shows i've ever been to. I was front row on the bar and it was undescribable. If anyone has a bootlet please email me lilkim3030@aol.com

God has really blessed Ben and Jack. For Jack to be a pro surfer/film director/musician in one life time is amazing. Oh yeah, he lives in Hawaii too. And Ben, well, he's incredibly gifted at... yeah, pretty much everything. I have been looking forward to seeing both of the guys in concert for a while now, and to see both at the same show was...yep. What can I say. Well, my favs. at the show were Jack's backdrop, Ben playing Pearl Jam's "Indifference", and all the cool people I met there. Oh, Robert Randolph rocks!! The best show ever. Thank you Ben, Jack, and Allie. (Really cool girl I met at the show.) God bless.

I want to start by saying how great Ben and Jack were in last night. Last night was the third show I have been to during this tour, and it easily had the best setlists of all of the concerts. Plus Ben played during Jack's set which doesn't normally happen, and that was unbelievable. That made up for Jack not plaing his solo acoustic set before his band came out, which was the reason the came out on stage later than usual. Ben's performance was awesome, although I lost my good standing spot because it was too hot for my friends to hang there any longer without passing out. Which leads me to my only beef with the show. Tower City is the WORST venue in the history of venues. Maybe I should pitch a tent on my driveway and have concerts there too.

Ben Harper or Robert Randolph? Two great slide players on the same night in the same city at two different venues. It was a tough choice but I went with Ben. You can imagine my surprise when Robert appeared onstage for Temporary Remedy. Two innovative lap slide players with totally different styles meshing together to make some of the sweetest sounds I've ever heard. It was a good time to say the least.

incredible...i really can't put words to my feelings about the show. i have been to a lot of shows in my life. 4 dave shows in the past 2 weeks, and this concert blew them all out of the water. this was my first ben harper show and i think it was more of an experience, than a concert. the music had so much power to it. i loved it! if anyone has a bootleg email me please brian8ernst@lycos.com

Simply AMAZING, though I have only been to a few conerts, mostly Dave, this was the best show I have ever been too. I believe in my mind it was an EXPERIENCE rather than a show! I will forever have the image of been just spinning around with his guitar around him, hands held high in the air just loving every second of his life. Just read the above reviews and you get the picture. I am making a statement that EVERY Ben Harper fan should email him and try and make this show into a live cd or DVD so that everyone could experience what we saw and heard!

Ben Owned. It's as easy as that. The crowd was one of the best I have ever seen at a Ben Harper concert, they appreciated every song, every guest artist and every moment. Ben turned every song into an extended jam version and continued to rock everyone out of their shorts even after multiple applauses. The only shortcoming was the lack of older material. I was hoping for something along the lines of 'Please Bleed' more harder stuff, stuff to jam out to. But nonetheless the concert rocked out so much that it made me forget about all that. Possibly the best Ben Harper show I have seen to date.

This concert is the greatest concert I have ever been to in my life. I had been looking forward to this day since I knew Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals would be stopping in Cleveland for an AMAZING PERFORMANENCE! Words can't even begin to describe how I felt last night. His inspirational lyics and intellectualism makes this concert my most treasured concert in time. It was my first time seeing Ben Harper in concert. What an inspirational experience. You guys have an amazing gift of music and we (your fans) are truly blessed to experience your gift. I would love to thank you for an awesome experience.

I thought the show was awesome, seeing Ben was the hugest rush ever. The concessions sucked balls, but seeing the show was worth all of it. They both played great and it was really sweet to see and hear. Both performers played really good songs, I can't complain about anything. I thought it was sweet how everybody just got down and burned together, it was a really cool experience.

The consession and restroom area are horrible at Tower City. You have to fight through one to get to the other. DJ Greyboy needs to find another job. He sucked big-time. Everyone expected Jack Johnson at 6:30...he didn't start until almost 7:30. But that's all the bad. Jack was a lot of fun. Ben and the Criminals was amazing. Temporary Remedy was the most amazing performance I have ever seen live. I just blew my mind. The crowd was the loudest I have ever experienced. I thought my ears would shatter. His covers of Sexual Healing and Indifference were...dare I say? Better than the originals. I have never seen such a huge cloud of weed in my life. I just wished there was some seating for we slightly older folks. I don't care for the nut-to-butt feeling of general admission. Barring that, I would recommend this ecclectic band to people of any age, race, or creed. Rock on Ben.

I just got home from this awesome concert. I drove from Pittsburgh to Cleveland to check out Ben and oh my was it amazing. I was second row and mere feet away from Ben and the Innocent Criminals. The show had alot of songs from the new album and was more rockin' than usual. But he did also tone it down with some sweet melodies like Walk Away. It was honestly the greatest concert I have ever been to and one of the greatest events of my life. No exagerration here either. I took a friend with me who only knew a few songs and she is now enthralled in his music. This was truly a great concert. If its not in tomorrow I'll do my best to recall all the songs and post the setlist. AWESOME SHOW! AWESOME BAND! AWESOME GUY
