Is it just me or might the notes and photos for this show be wrong? I was at Hyde Park yesterday and I'm quite certain that the photos aren't of O2 Wireless.
Is it me or is Ben Harper doing those legendary rock moments that you read about?
I think the a cappella/no mic he did in his last tour for "Where Could I Go" was one of rock's greatest moments.
Jumping into the crowd and finishing an acoustic set is right tup there, too.
There's The Beatles, The Stones, Jimi, The Doors, Bob Marley, Tom Petty & The Heartbreaker... and then there's BHIC. He's/they're one of the best ever.
I took my son to O2 as a 16th birthday present to see Ben for the first time. He was not disappointed!! That was a set list for the fans...
The solo in "whipping boy" was thoroughly excellent and for me the high point of the set.
