Ben's first time playing the Paléo Festival showcased the band under the small tent stage. They opened with a 14-minute version of Jimi Hendrix's "Remember" and blazed through selections from "Welcome To The Cruel World." Their roots blues jam style quickly energized the eager crowd, and had them up and singing in songs like "I'll Rise", and an early acoustic version of "With My Own Two Hands." "Whipping Boy" was greeted with cheers, as it was just starting to spin on European radio. Songs 2-5 were later aired on Swiss radio station DRS 3. Songs 1,6-7 were not aired.
