At this year's Bumbershoot Festival, The Innocent Criminals headlined the Real.com stage at Memorial Stadium. Ben thanked the organizers of the event numerous time. He mentioned that the last time he played at Bumbershoot '94 he was on either on the Rhythm Stage or the Blues Stage. He also thanked the approximately 10,000 fans in attendance for being nearly silent during the solo acoustic songs. Juan joined Ben on his raised stage for
"Manic Depression." There was a strict 11 pm curfew so the band had to cut the second encore short and bust through "Manic Depression" quickly.
